Add 5 \u2013 12 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale deeply. Apply 1-6 drops onto a tissue, hold near nose and inhale Use up to 3 times per day.<\/div>\n<div><strong>Food Flavour Use:\u00a0<\/strong>Add one or two drops to food.
